Arrow Windows Phone 7.1 Beta Developers Tools Available.

Microsoft has released the Windows Phone 7.1 Beta tools including all the hyped “mango” goodness targeting WP 7.0 and the 7.1 beta release.

Phones running the new software, will let users search for restaurants and businesses in their immediate area, perform voice-based Web searches, identify music playing in their surroundings, and switch back and forth between applications. The release will also include a fully HTML 5 compatible web browser.

The Windows Phone SDK include Expression Blend 4 for Windows Phone, Visual Studio Express for Windows Phone, and the Windows Phone Emulator. Included in the package are:

* Windows Phone SDK 7.1 (Beta2)
* Windows Phone Emulator (Beta2)
* Windows Phone SDK 7.1 Assemblies (Beta2)
* Silverlight 4 SDK and DRT
* Windows Phone SDK 7.1 Extensions for XNA Game Studio 4.0
* Microsoft Expression Blend SDK Preview for Windows Phone 7.1
* WCF Data Services Client for Windows Phone 7.1
* Microsoft Advertising SDK for Windows Phone 7
