Sorting in SJIS Charater set

Hi
I am using Microsoft Text driver to read a file (which contains Japanese Charecters) and output the result in a ASP page.
I want to sort the Result using SJIS Charecter set for JAPAN.

Please guide me how to modify the Order by clause.

Please tell me in case you need any other information.
