Default SQL DataBase problem

I downloaded the website template from here in a project i am making with on of your books and it says to Restore the thephile-database-backup database file in SQL Server Enterprise Manager
Copy the file thephile-database-backup.bak into your SQL Server backup folder
Create a new database called thePhile
Right click the new database, click All Tasks then Restore Database
but i dont ave a sql server but i have one in my webspace what do i do?

It is simple... You should be arranging for SQL server and install there to have it work...
