That's not the dll name though. You'll need to look in the registry (HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT) and search for nti.CriminalData. Take the clsid found there and search for a key named with that clsid further down. In the inprocserver32 is the path. If you can't find it you'll need to repeat the process on aachine that does have it and find the name of the dll.
