What is the main purpose of the back-up database in SQL Server?
Is it for the Structure so that you can restore it when it become a Suspect Database? Or for both Data and Structure?

Suppose I have the Backup Database but lost the MDF&LDF Files, Can I restore my database including its data & Structure? Full Back Up or Old Full backup with a LIst of Differentials

Yes it can be used for restoring your database in case your database is corrupt or not usable anymore. It contains both Structure and Data.
