Default Trusted connection

How do I make my Windows application/SQL stored procedures use a UserID and password from the registry? My stored procedures should only execute using this secure UserID and password.

If you are using active directory and Mixed mode in SQL
create the stored procedure and grant permissions to that specific account to run the store procedure, Deny everyone access to execute store procedure. I hope this is helpful
