Hi All ,
I Am Just To Discuss A Point Not To Ask A Clear Ques.
For Example:Cursors ,Loops
i have sometimes to use But They degrade the speed of the query???

You should only use cursors when you can not come up with set based solution.
before using things you have mention curse yourself, ask yourself to improve your SQL skills and go ahead and use them as your last course of action.
