Create a DTS package with a connection object and an execute sql task. Supply the sp name and any parameters. Save the package. Go to enterpise manager and right click on the package name and choose schedule package.

There's no need to create a DTS package for that.

Open the SQL Server Enterprise manager for your server. Expand Management, then SQL Server agent and then click Jobs. Right-click it and choose New Job. You get a screen where you can schedule various SQL Server commands, including running SQL code. For the procedure, create a new step of type Transact SQL Script and type the name of the procedure...

Cheers,

Imar

I concur with Imar - DTS will be too complicated.

Use EnterpriseManager / {ServerName} / Management / SQL Server Agent / Jobs - Right Click on Jobs and create a New Job ....

Yes Imar... I forgot you can do it that way. I guess I was just making it harder than it had to be.
