Default How to load the scripts into sqlserver

     I have the protal-sql-server.sql script . this script will be loaded into sqlserver..

            Any one help me how to load this script into sqlserver.. its urgent .If anyone knows pls mail me immediately to this id

Hi Praveen!

You can use it two ways -
[1] Command Line
[2] Query Analyser

[1] Command Line :
osql -Usa -Ppassword -Sserver -iprotal-sql-server.sql
isqlw -Usa -Ppassword -Sserver -iprotal-sql-server.sql

I assume -
password : Your Password
server : Name of Server
sa : User Name (system admin here)

[2] Query Analyser :
Use Menu : File > Open
Then open the file would be open in a window. Use F5 to execute it.

I hope you must have got the point how to load a .SQL file in SQL Server.
