hi,morning

any suggestion if i need to connect my sql 2000 in office from home?

you can connect if you are able to access your office computer from home .. for that you need to be connected with some LAN or Internet , but unfortunately companies dont put there servers in public networks (like Internet) .. if your company has connected there networks with Internet you can access them by using there IP address ..

How to put the company IP Address to internet? is it we had setup the IP Address, then we can type IP in internet browser right?

How does your company connect to the Internet?
They will be assigned an address each time they connect if it's using broadband or they may have a fixed address.

Unless you want everyone in the world to be able to go in you need a firewall of some sort.
David's suggestion of VPN is the easiest to implement but a few details about current set up are needed first.

Once u got the VPN connection, then you can use the following connection string by putting 1433 along with the server name

Provider=SQLOLEDB.1;Password=<USER_PWD>;Persist Security Info=True;User ID=<USER_ID>;Initial Catalog=<DBNAME>;Data Source=<SERVER_NAME>;Connect Timeout=60
