Default SQL 2000 to 2005

Hi to all...
If I want to transfer my db to 2005, what is the better way for me to do it...
Can I backup the db and restore it in 2005???
Once I do transfer will all my primary, foreign and indexes keys still remain???

Thanking you in advance...

Rino

Default

Backup and restore has worked successfully for me in the past.

If you are still unsure it will work and don't want to figure it out via trial and error, Microsoft wrote a SQL 2005 Upgrade Advisor to assist in determining if your database will convert. (http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/d...displaylang=en)
