Default Is Replication possible across different versions?

Hi All,

I have a new question this time which I have never tried, so I am trying to get some ideas on this.

Is replication possible between SQL server 2000 and SQL Server 2005 Mobile edition or Compact edition? Has anyone done this yet?

Can someone put me in the right path?

Thanks in advance for any help on this.
Cheers
