Default Statistics?

Does anyone know how we can obtain usage statictics from SQL?

We have a client who would like to see some performance statistics which include stuff like number of updates and frequency of use. Whilst we could update our system (horrendous task!) I am sure that SQL may offer some information that may be useful to this.

Any help appreciated.

Regards,

Sean Anderson

you can build a database to capture this information from profiler then filter based on your needs. You can use reporting services to build reports.

SQL 2005 has a lot of build in reports as well.
