Default MSDB database backup error

Hi,

I found out that my MSDB database cannot be backup as usual due to the error as below:

I/O error 2 (the system cannot find the file specified.) detected during write at offset 0x0000000cela000 in file 'C:\program File\Microsoft SQL Server\MSSQL\data\msdbdata.mdf'

how to resolve the error as above?

may be your file specified not there, make new database backup and give
new path for backup
