Default Migrating SQL Server 7 to 2000

Does anyone have an article (or link to same) that details the points to be kept in mind while migrating from SQL Server 7 to 2000.
I'am looking for articles which, detail in particular the points on how to ensure data compatibility and changes to be made to T-SQL SPS, etc "after the migration".
