Default Oracle PL/SQL Developer (2 positions)


As a Business System engineer you will:
" Bring strong documentation skills as well as creativity and technical understanding in order to develop a sound set of technical deliverables.
" Contribute to project plans and technical architecture design.
" Understand project scope, objectives, and timelines and helps explain to business staff and systems engineering staff.
" Participate in development involving technical analysis, systems design, software development and system integration.
" Support maintenance involving technical problem resolution, and system documentation.
" Be an individual contributor on a high level, a technical expert and a business systems provider.
" Provide mentoring to less experienced personnel.

Oracle PL/SQL Developer (2 positions)
QUALIFICATIONS
o BS/BA degree in a related technical discipline and 5 years equivalent experience
o Worked with Oracle RDBMS 9i, 10g and SQL Server 2000, 2005.
o Excellent SQL development experience
o Strong PL/SQL experience (stored procedures, triggers)
o Strong capacity and performance planning experience
o Database design experience including knowledge of data normalization, referential integrity, indexing and database sizing
o Experience with performance tuning high concurrency database applications
o Proficiency and experience with data loads and data loading strategies
o Knowledge of Unix/Linux shell scripting.
o Excellent written and oral communication skills
ADDITIONAL DESIRABLE SKILLS
o ASP.NET, C#, ADO.NET
o Experience with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)


Avaya IR Development Engineer
QUALIFICATIONS
o A minimum of 4 years of college education with an undergraduate degree in Computer Science or Management Information Systems, or equivalent work experience.
o 4+ year's of hands-on experience in IVR development experience using Avaya IR Dialog Designer, VoiceXML, Web Services & Speech grammer.
o Good understanding and experience with Telecom technologies including Avaya PBX, Call routing, VDN, DNIS, CTI & ACD.
o Experience in Unix (Sun Solaris) environment.
o Proficiency in Microsoft Visio, Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, and MS Project.
o Candidate must be able to work independently on projects assigned.
o Strong problem solving and analytical skills required.
Not Required, but Preferred:
o Experience in CONVERSANT Script Builder.
o Experience in .Net
o Experience in Oracle RDBMS 9i, 10g and SQL Server 2000, 2005.
o Experience with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
o Experience with OOD & OOP.

ASP.Net Development Engineer
QUALIFICATIONS
o A minimum of 4 years of college education with an undergraduate degree in Computer Science or Management Information Systems, or equivalent is highly desirable.
o 4+ years hands-on HTML, Java Script, AJAX, ASP.NET and WinForm development experience using C#.
o Must have strong object oriented design, relational model design, and problem solving skills.
o 4+ years of industry standard systems analysis techniques including data modeling, process modeling, data flow diagramming, Unified Modeling Language UML.
o Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, and MS Project.
o Candidate must be able to work independently on projects assigned.
o Strong problem solving and analytical skills required.

C#.Net Development Engineer (2 positions) QUALIFICATIONS
