Default install sql server 2005 64-bit

Hello all,

I just got new windows server 2008 x64 and I must install sql server 2005 64bit.
I could install all product until "Visual Studio Integrated Development Environment 2005", the installation failed with the message:
"There was an unexpected failure during the setup wizard. You may review the setup logs and/or click the help button for more information."
Click OK , it terminated the installation process.
Any advises, helps, and tips will be appreciated.

Thanks.
