Default Server Instance

Dear Sir/Madam!
I have installed SQL Server 2005 on W7 OS. In the server login dialog box (SQl Server Management Studio) it ask for server name and i write My-PC that is my computer name. But it shows that server not exist. I think there is no any server instace installed or created. So plz guide me how to create or intall server instance. Thanx.
