Default Conversion of access to sql server

Hello i want to convert my site in SQL Server from Access which i have made in dreamweaver mx ASP and access pls tell me the process, i want conection less conection of SQL SERVER with ASP using dreamweaver mx

There are several ways of doing this. First, how many Access databases (.mdb) do you have? Is it just one?
