ADODB.Field (0x80020009)

Need Help regarding the below message.

Error Type:
ADODB.Field (0x80020009)
Either BOF or EOF is True, or the current record has been deleted. Requested operation requires a current record.

i have lot of user and some user properly access this page but with some user it creates the above error message.

i have already check the all data in database thats is correct.

whats the problem with this.

Kindly help me in this issue
