I am not able to compile my Action class

I hav put my action file in src under com.jamesholms package and i have in cluded the jar files in lib and environment varialbles also.
even then it is not getting compiled.can anybody help me out.

Make sure your CLASSPATH environment is set to point to the servlet.jar and struts.jar files. If you don't want to set your CLASSPATH variable, then you can use the option -cp of javac command to point to your servlet and struts jar files while compling.

The best way to make the compilation proper and handy use ANT scripts. Yes you need to learn those things but pretty useful if you are using notepad sort of editor for coding.
