I compiled vb5 code to vb6 code dll.. and this dll im using in another exe.. after comipling into vb6 (dll).. when i try running my exe .. it gives this error into log file

this is the log file trace
"opt031n.393: [Error in Error Message]"
"[Error in Error Message] The VB Rules Server could not be loaded".

Please help what might be the probs....more i don have exe source code with me.. so that i can recompile exe also with new reference vb dll...
