distribution problem

hi
i am using vb 6.0 access and crystal reports 8.0 in my application

when i try to install my setup in win98 o/s i get an error "unexpected error" but the set up works fine with winxp or 2000

is the problem regarding mdac version or any other dll/ocx is not being registered????????
