Default crystal reports 8 doesn't want to open the report.

hi all...

i have a user that cannot view/preview any report i send to him..

i try changing the code to everything i can imagine and he still cannot see it..

the error is always the same: cannot open database:xxx at location xxx

do i have to set anything else besides report.database.table.location???
