Default Three-Tier Deployment

Can somebody help me with the complete process of a Three-Tier Software Deployment using Component Services in Win 2000 and above and MTS in Win NT?

There are many books on this subject. I Like:

"Programming Distributed Applications with COM+ and Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0 (with CD-ROM)"
by Ted Pattison

and

"Scot Hillier's COM+ Programming with Visual Basic"
