Default Is SQL Server 2005 Expression Edition sufficient ?

I have not bought this book yet. I would like to know if SQL Server 2005 Expression Edition is sufficient to run all the codes in the book. Moreover I want to ask if I can download a free copy of Northwind.mdb somewhere because I don't have the MS Access software.

I only have a legal version of VB 2005 academic edition. I want to make sure that I can test the code in the book before buying it.

Best regards,

John Chan

Express. Expression is a statement. Express is a limited, spartan service (usually applied to trains that do not stop at every station, and so are faster getting to the ones they do stop at).

For the examples in books, usually very limited databases work just fine.

I am pretty sure that Northwind.mdb is available at Microsoft.com.
