I need some help. I want to create network password to my application from my database which will be use by multi-user.
I use VB6 as my front-end and MsAccess 2000 as my database.
I want to know how to create? Can you guys help me out?

You can start by creating a table in your backend with UserNames and Passwords. Once done include a login form that will allow the user to choose a name and enter a password - obviously you will need code to verify the data. And then allow the program to preceed once everything checks out. As a personal note I would also add some code so the user can change their passwords - it makes it easier for them if it is something that they can remember.

Ok. How can I make a connection using ADO to connect my database. For your information, previously i use DAO and i'm trying to use ADO to make the multi-user work. Would it be the same or different code needed?

Can you guys help me out because i'm in the middle of one new project and i'm new to VB database Application.
