Default creating a install package

Someone can help me please.

I try to make setup to a application but when i install and run application i receive a error message saying can not be found the configuration file. i don't know what means this message.

You can use Visual Studio Installer Tool to create
your setup program . It is the lastest tool of Microsoft used to create your visual basic setup
