Default Urdu Language In Visual Basic 6

Hello,
I m using "VB6 and Font Creator Program 4.6" on windows XP OS. I m designing a urdu language software. I m having problem
with fonts. The real problem occurs when urdu characters need to be joined. Some one told me that i don't have to joing the characters, they are joined automatically. And for some instance he was right. I used Windows Forms Contorls 2.0 to embed urdu using unicode.

and they joined automatically. but this is a very difficult way of doing this. if i m upto a database program. how i m suppose to change urdu to englihs and english to urdu each time. then someone told me to use fonts. But when i used font that i created using a font editor program, they don't join automatically. so what do you understand after reading this situation? where is the mistake? plz dont assume anything if you need to know some more then ask. Can any body help me with some examples.
