How to load image Edit control

Hi,
Now I have develop application with vb.My application subject is scanning photo using scanner.Now I can't find image edit control.I found Kodak Image edit Control.It is not real image edit control.So anyone can help me!

There are no standard controls for image editing. You have to roll your own, find one free or pay for a third party control.
