Default Could not load referenced component: MSADODC.OCX

I have to take over support of a program which was written in VB 6.0, but I have to use .NET to do it. When I try to convert the program I get
Upgrade failed: Exception occurred: Could not load referenced component: MSADODC.OCX (6.0.0) You need to install this component before you upgrade the project.
Can someone point me to a location where I can download the components I'm missing. I did find a site that has pointers to various ocs files but not any type of install program. I need to know where to save them if I just download the files.

Edit: to correct component name in Subject line

I think you need to download and register this using reg32ocx.exe (comes with VB6). If that doen't work, try installing the latest MDAC.
