Are you saying that you want to create a setup program to deploy? Web or Windows?

I have a problem by this issue.
I have Visual Studio.NET reinstalled on My pc and Beginning VB.NET Second edition book.In chapter 07 regarding creating a Setup
project for my windows application, when i try to create it an error
message raises and announces "There is a problem to building setup
project and you must call Microsoft about this problem....".
Can anybody help me about this?
