Default Include a VB form with thirdpartycontrol in dll?

i'm in need of using a third party tool(Parity Voice Bocx Telephony control) in my asp page. as i was not able to use it directly, i thought of including the control in a vb form and create class for its operations and make it as a dll. after which i tried calling it in my asp page, which didn't give any result or indicate no errors. so anybody know the general way of using a third party control in asp pls help me by telling me the way of using it. this is urgent for me to finish so i go mad.:(pls help!!!!!!
