I just finished a vb.net application and it works great on my development machine. I want to package and deploy it on windows 95, 98, xp, 2000

Do I need to package the .net framework as well? My project is about 5Meg With the .net framework it adds about 30Meg onto this package.

You don't have to but if they don't have it installed they will get a prompt saying they need to install it.

From my experience, if you are deploying it via a CD, then it makes it easier for your users if you included the .net frame work rather than them having to download the 25mB off the internet.
