Here is the problem. I drew up a form that contains multiple text boxes, labels, and check boxes, but I can't seem to save my form and it's contents as is. When every I try to save the form, all I get is a couple of text and not the form that I design.

Are the attrib of the file Read-only.

Did you copy this form from another form and are trying to make changes ?

The form could be bad. You might need to create a new form and copy all the objects and code to the other one. This happened to me before.
