What do you mean?

Please use proper capitalization to help clarify your meaning. (This is not a chat room, but professionals helping professionals...)

What do you mean by “fetch data from dbf to SQL?”

When you say “sql,” do you mean SQL Server, or a SQL string?

What is the source of this “dbf?” I am presuming you mean a .dbf file; is that right?

What do you mean by “convert DOS character to Windows?” What character(s)?

If you could present more of a step by step of what you need to do, perhaps that would help.
