Default Something went wrong and i am getting a error message. 800a03f3

There is my code i wrote :

Here is the error message i am getting:

Error: expected '='

can anyone help me fix it ?

Your not capturing the user input on this line:
inputbox(" Would you like a Desktop icon or a program shortcut?")
changing it to:
request = inputbox(" Would you like a Desktop icon or a program shortcut?")
and obviously checking the request for yes / no will solve the error.
