Error Message with VS

Hello,

I have Visual Studio Standard Edition.

Whenever I go online, within few minutes time I get error message from Visual Studio (Even though VS is not close) that there is Error in Explorer, need to debug (yes/No). If I click Yes it opens VS Debugging Mode and if I click No, it closes my all active Internet Explorers.

Can anyone please guide me how to deactivate VS without uninstalling it.
