Default 2 beginner questions

Greetings everyone,

I am new to VB2005, obviously, and I have two hopefully simple questions.

1. Can I write a class library in VB2005 that I could reference in a VBA application written for Access (or any other Office product)?

2. For scheduling administrative tasks, is there any advantage/disadvantage between using VBScript with WSH over VB2005?

I do appreciate the help. I am trying some new things, and the answers could help me in the direction I take.

1. Yes.

2. Well, of course, VB05 is far more robust and can be made much more secure... I guess anything that gets the job done without unnecessary security risks is a good choice. (Don't consider this a definitive answer, but rather my opinion...)
