browser wouldn't open

I'm using vb2005 step by step to learn vb and I was using the web development excersize to make a web page when I ran the debugger I got (can't find internet explorer). How do I config vb2005 to the browser ? also I changed dirs to the vb book dir which is vb05sbs\chap20. I think that is the problem but don't know. any help is nice
