I've been learning VB during programming class but after summer, I forgot everything. (well, almost everything.)

I still have stuff i didn't learn, so this is what I've got so far:

OK, so this is the program i'm trying to make.

You know like that one keyboard program that comes with the computer accessories? you know even if it is not enabled (inactive) it is still above all the other browsers. I want to know how to do that.
So if I turn the program on, it will stay on the screen nomatter what.

if the form is not active, and you have a keypress event(such as if it is minimized) then would it still be able to get a keypress event to work???








OK, this is what I want my program to be like.

I got the start bar on the bottom to auto hide, now I want a fake start bar.
All I need to know is how to get the frame of the form to be invisible, but the picture to be visible.
I also want to get it, so it is always above all the other browsers, so even if it is enabled=false, it will still show up.

I can get it, so if i click on a "fake" command button on the fake start bar, It will get a "fake" internet browser that looks like a homework site. (made it on a new form, so it will be form2.visible = true

I have a korean mom so she wants me to study, not to play games. So she always looks at the start bar, and i was cought playing. This is so important for me T^T
it is the way how i earn money (sell the gold online) but my mom doesn't like me playing games
