Learning ActiveX controls in VC++ 2005

Hi all,

I am wanting to learn how to build ActiveX controls for use in some of my VBA projects. Can anyone suggest some good book(s) to get for learning how to do this. I would like to learn MFC and ATL as well. I am new to C++ but I come from a C#/VB background. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
