Use external parameters in OCX

Hi, great team, We make a ocx with C++ and all the parameters in in, but now we make that parameter go out side to don't nead to compile again and again. so we think to use a config.conf, but this file nead to be in the same place as the ocx, you now one way to call this file from another dir o url.

we work with vc++ v 6
tks alot.
