Default Prevent sensitive data to be written on HDD

Could you please give me an advice how to force memory alocation to alocate space in physical memory (RAM) instead of alocating in virtual memory (page file). Purpose is to prevent writing of sensitive data (encryption keys) to hard drive, so after computer shut down, sensitive data (stored in RAM) will be lost...
