Need source code for Ivor Horton book

I am working with Ivor Horton's 'Introduction to Microsoft Visual C++ 6.0. The source code for it's lessons is no longer available. Does anybody have a copy of this code to share with me? Or, do you know of other forums where I might find a copy?
