Default Using the Web Site Administration Tool

I install SQL Server 2005 full version, and I run the program :
aspnet_regsql.exe in C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v2.0.xxxx

but when I use the login view and i click Security to set up roles, users and role assignments.

I recive an error that he can't find the server :(
