Default View IE Favorites in a Menu Item.

I want to view my IE Favorites in a Menu Item that will sit on a main toolbar. So that when clicked it will drop down all my Favs and i can visit the site by clicking the links. Much like the way IE does it. Does anyone know the code to which this can be achieved please?

Julian
