dynamiclly template column

hey i'm trying to add template columns in datagrid (in datagridview ther are no template columns???).
how can i do that the best way ?
(i've created a DS from my DB and gave it as a datasource to the datagrid, i'vee added template column but i don't see my grid!!!)
