Default Centering Content

Newbie

The tutorial in in the ASP.NET 2.0 Starter Kit book aligns the Master page to the left.

How do I change that so the Master page and all content pages will be in the center of the viewers monitor regardless of monitor size?

I don't recommend doing it in the webpage. That's exactly the kind of thing that CSS is for; it makes it much easier to redesign later (and by later I mean, tomorrow when you have to start tweaking things, or run into a problem and have to play with the appearance to compensate, or you have to add a new text box and it shoves everything else out of place). But I can also explain how to do it in code if you don't want to use CSS (it's really easy, you just might have to pay for it down the road).
