But seriously, what do you mean, exactly? Can you elaborate?
The short answer is: yes (see Dot Net Nuke, Dynamicweb, Orchard or the CMS featured in my book ASP.NET 2.0 Instant Results for example).
The longer answer is: if you want longer answers, provide more detailed questions. I don't think you're expecting a single "yes or no" to this question, but that is what you typically get when asking these kind of undetailed questions.
